Welcome to my research blog and virtual CV. I'm currently a post-doctoral fellow researching rehabilitation robotics at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. I received a PhD in biomedical engineering from Colorado State University. I use computational tools, such as musculoskeletal modeling, to quantify how neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disabilities affect muscle function and joint loading during walking. My research aims to improve mobility for individuals with disabilities through the development of rehabilitation training paradigms, robotic exoskeletons and biomechatronic devices.
